About Kathleen
Where art and science meet to supercharge your performance—and your life
True leadership transcends technical expertise and strategic thinking. It requires mastering the inner game—understanding your psychological patterns, emotional triggers, and unconscious beliefs that either propel you forward or hold you back from your fullest potential.
As a performance psychologist with over twenty years of experience coaching executives globally, I help leaders develop the psychological agility, emotional intelligence, and inner clarity needed to lead authentically while driving exceptional results.
Meet Kathleen
I'm a business psychologist with more than 20 years of global experience in strategic talent development, executive coaching, and financial psychology. My uncommon combination of clinical training and business savvy allows me to work across a wide spectrum of challenges—from helping financial advisors build stronger client relationships to partnering with executive teams on high-stakes decisions.
After starting my career at Goldman Sachs working in human resources, I went on to hold senior roles with two global management psychology firms—RHR International and YSC Ltd—before building my own practice. I've worked with leaders across industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, consumer products, and private equity.
What sets my work apart is the intersection of rigorous psychological training with deep business experience. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) alongside an MBA from Widener University, and my undergraduate degree in Political Science and Psychology from NYU. I'm a member of The Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School and lead the Financial Psychology Special Interest Group for the American Psychology Association.
This unique background allows me to move fluidly between the strategic and the personal, the analytical and the intuitive. Whether we're working on executive presence, team dynamics, or the psychology of financial decision-making, I bring the insights about human behavior to understand what's really happening as well as the business savvy to make it immediately applicable.
I live in the Philadelphia area with my husband, two teenagers, and what my family calls our "large animal family."
"I help you master the inner game so the outer work becomes more effective, more sustainable, and more aligned with who you really are."

My background as a business psychologist with extensive corporate consulting experience gives me a distinct understanding of the pressures and complexities senior executives face. I've assessed and coached hundreds of leaders across industries, from emerging executives to C-suite leaders navigating organizational transformation.

Each engagement is highly customized, practical, and actionable, designed to create meaningful change that spreads through your work, teams, and relationships.
“Kathleen approaches coaching from a place of understanding - understanding of the industry you're in, its challenges, and most importantly of who you are as a person. She takes the time to get to know you and assess all of your skills and challenges to develop a tailored approach that addresses what you need, personally, to excel. Kathleen helped me to embrace and hone my strengths, identify areas of focus based on my specific career goals, and ultimately gave me a new perspective and a strategy to reach my full potential in a way that's true to my personality. ”
